Next Gen take Strictly MT by storm!

 

Last weekend our Next Generation Advanced Performance Group competed in Strictly MT competition in Oldham against performers from far and wide.

After an amazing day of singing, dancing and acting the group as a whole walked away with 6 awards under their belt!

Group Awards:

2nd place Mixed Age Musical Theatre Song and Dance (Everybody’s Talking About Jamie The Musical)

3rd place Under 18s Dance (He Lives in You – Lion King The Musical)

Judges Award for Most Promising Group Number (Jet Set – Catch Me If You Can)

Solo Awards:

1st place Song and Dance – Grace Rider (Sweet Charity)

2nd place Vocal Solo – Elizabeth Parkin (Tick Tick Boom)

2nd place Acting monologue – George Devlin (Blood Brothers)
